I have spent my entire adult life learning how best to help people deal effectively with their challenges. Amy first training was in marriage and family counselling. Over time I have worked in the psychiatric field, with addictions, and with trauma. I have worked with people of all ages and from a variety of cultures in small towns and big centres. I learned Chi Kung (aka qigong, which is Chinese medicine through meditation, movement and massage) to round out my skill set so that I could help people as thoroughly as possible.
