In our sessions, we’ll explore what matters most to you while making room for all parts of your story, without judgment or pressure to be anything other than yourself.
I offer in-person, online, and outdoor sessions in Victoria, tailoring our work to what feels most grounding for you. Whether we’re engaging in creative techniques like narrative therapy, exploring deep emotions with EFT, or building practical skills with ACT, my goal is to meet you where you are. Counselling should feel like a steadying hand—a space to breathe, reflect, and find clarity amidst the noise of life.
As for me - before I became a counsellor I held a variety of roles where I was always helping people - whether they were building prosthetics for children, playing rugby at the Olympics, or growing stronger communities. My work has always been about creating safety, connection, and trust, and I bring that same focus into my counselling practice.
