I use a holistic approach that examines the unique interaction of thoughts, feelings, behavior, culture, and privileged and/or oppressed identities. The therapeutic interventions I use are borrowed from client-centered, cognitive behavioral, emotionally focused, feminist, and narrative traditions of therapy.
