My orientation is client-centred, down to earth and strength- based. I have been trained in body-centred and mindfulness approaches as well as Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also use counselling skills based on recent discoveries in brain science. I have been practicing for 33 years. I am married with 2 adult children.
